Service-Learning

The service-learning component of Connect Science is modeled after the KIDS (Kids Involved in Doing Service) model of service-learning, founded by Marvin Rosenblum in 1992. The KIDS framework for implementing a service-learning project was developed by a team that included Tracy Harkins of Harkins Consulting, one of the Program Developers of Connect Science.
